Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity
As a Customer Experience (CEx) representative, you provide Customer Service Excellence to Moneris merchants and provide detailed financial support for customer's daily processing needs. You meet overall customer service targets set by the department, offering additional advice up to and including cross-sell products and services.
Location : You will be based in our Toronto or Sackville office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.
Reporting Relationship : You will report to the Team Lead , Customer Service.
Posting Type : Multiple openings for the upcoming hiring class starting March 16, 2026.
Salary Range : The expected base salary range for this role is $36,200 - $45,000.
Total compensation may also include variable or discretionary incentive components, including but not limited to bonuses and commissions. Individual job offers are determined by various factors, including experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
The paid training course, lasting 10 weeks, will begin on March 16, 2026.
Your Moneris Career - What you'll do
Provide financial support to merchant clients about billing, balancing, disputes and account administration inquiries.
Promote our products and services to our merchants, and identifying cross-sell / up-sell opportunities and sending leads through appropriate channels.
Collect and document information from merchants, while using problem solving techniques to provide consistent first response to inbound telephone service requests.
Achieve individual targets that contribute to goals including productivity targets, quality assurance targets, compliance targets, absenteeism targets, sign-on targets (addition of voice of the customer – customer surveys).
Your Moneris Career - What you bring
1+ years of customer service experience preferably in a contact centre environment.
Fluent in French and English (reading, writing and verbal) is required.
Strong attention to detail with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Nice-to-have ...
Prior experience with retail or restaurant systems is an asset (point of sale, software).
Previous experience with Visa, MC, Discover and CUP rules and rule books considered an asset.
