As a Contents Production Lead, you will work closely with the Contents Manager and will be responsible for the completion of all restoration contents claims from start to finish.

The Technical Side of What You’ll Bring

• Tracking all claims to be processed – including location, status, and time to completion
• Processing contents, assisting staff with questions, and training new staff on processing & quality control
• Completing damage reports and giving to Dep’t Manager
• Using Encircle program to document all contents to be sent out to sub trades for servicing / repairs
• Communicating any PO’s required for internal sub trades
• Setting up and attending viewings with Insureds, Project Managers and / or Adjusters
• Ensuring when claims are complete, contents are returned to the Dep’t and matched up with balance of the claim
• Keeping track of contents going to laundry, assisting where needed, and ensuring completed laundry is matched up with balance of the claim
• Miscellaneous small deliveries to assist Lead Warehouse Technician
• Tracking supplies & stock, place order when needed
• Cross train for dispatch, assist Dep’t Manager when setting up claims and creating job board
• Cross train for forklift operation (forklift ticket required)
