• Importing deals into Yardi
• Administer signed agreements
• Analyzing monthly lease occupancy calculations

About You

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration
• 1+ years of lease analyzing experience / real estate experience is a must
• Understanding of lease terms (taxes, chargebacks, rent, etc)
• Yardi is an asset

Salary

$70000 - $80000 / year
