We are a member of Compass Group Canada, the leading foodservice and support services company. The Vice President (VP), East Coast Catering (ECC) acts as the General Manager and senior leader accountable for the overall performance, strategy, and sustainability of the ECC business. Reporting directly to the President of ESS, this role holds full P&L accountability and is responsible for driving financial performance, operational excellence, client outcomes, growth, and long-term value creation across the ECC portfolio. This role has accountability for key client relationships, Indigenous joint-venture partnerships, government and industry engagement, and new business development. Leading a complex portfolio of remote and offshore operations, this role advances ECC’s culture, reputation, and growth agenda.
