CAMP is part of the Hearst Transportation Division.Job SummaryWe are seeking an Operations Financial Analyst that will work directly with our AHM operations team to provide sales and revenue analysis and support the company through monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting current status in near-real time. This individual will contribute to the team’s goals of meeting financial targets, delivering executive level briefings on business unit performance, and reporting financial risks and opportunities.ResponsibilitiesBudgeting & Forecasting : Develop annual and quarterly budgets aligned with company goals.Perform financial reporting on customer billings and accurately calculate and budget royalties.Build financial forecasts based on historical trends, market conditions, and operational inputs.Create scenario-based financial models to predict best-case, worst-case, and most-likely outcomes.Work closely with department heads to ensure budget assumptions are realistic and data-driven.Variance Analysis & Performance Monitoring : Conduct actual vs. budget variance analysis to identify key deviations.Develop financial reports and dashboards to monitor financial health in real time.Propose corrective actions to bring financial performance back on track.Sales Compensation Analysis & Optimization : Iterate on existing sales compensation models that align with strategic business goals, driving motivation and productivity within the sales team.Analyze sales compensation data to evaluate the effectiveness of current incentive plans and identify opportunities to optimize them for better performance.Collaborate with AHM leadership, HR, finance, and other stakeholders to ensure compensation structures align with desired results and are compliant.Regularly monitor and report on compensation KPIs, adjusting strategies based on data insights and feedback.Work closely with other departments (Finance, Billing and Sales) including more experienced professionals involved in various ongoing projects.RequirementsBachelor’s in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Finance, Business, or related field.3-5 years of financial and / or business analytics experience.Strong understanding of Billing and Revenue principles.Advanced variance analysis skills.Advanced Excel skills.High level of comfort gathering, splicing, analyzing and using large amounts of data.Previous experience with Acumatica or other ERPs, a plus.CAMP is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an affirmative action and equal opportunity employer.
