Duties

• Your duties will include answering phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
• Responding to customer inquiries quickly and efficiently.
• Working to build a strong rapport with customers, collecting information, and researching products to provide accurate pricing and delivery information to the customer.
• Identifying sales opportunities and staying informed about product and service information updates.
