Full-Time Dispatcher

John The Plumber is growing our office team again and adding another dispatcher!

This full-time and permanent office role is looking for someone with a more flexible schedule to work a variety of shifts.

This role involves :

• Taking inbound phone calls.
• Providing friendly, world-class service.
• Navigating our schedule software and taking bookings.
• ETC.

Compensation is based on an hourly rate + a bonus for jobs successfully booked. The hourly rate is $18. The booking bonus is based on performance, but you can usually expect somewhere between $500 and $2000 per month.

Health and Dental benefits begin at 90 days.

This is an office job. The office is located in Nepean, off Merivale. Parking is abundant. The dress code is work-casual. It's a friendly work environment. Someone who manages well with change is ideal. Problem-solving skills will help tremendously. But outstanding customer service and patience is the most important factor.
