As the Wilderness Coordinator you will lead and influence high-quality wilderness and tripping experiences that are safe inclusive and developmentally meaningful making an immediate and lasting impact by strengthening program excellence staff leadership and risk management practicesensuring Camp Stephens remains a place where individuals and communities continue to Shine On.

HOW youll create Moments that Matter :
You will lead and oversee wilderness tripping and in-camp trail programs ensuring exceptional quality safety and risk management aligned with industry best practices. You will coach and support the Wilderness Team while overseeing program operations including equipment inventory environmental monitoring and reporting to ensure strong safeguarding practices continuous improvement and long-term program sustainability.
