And this is where you come in…We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Accounts Payable Analyst to join our high-performing team. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, the Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for handling vendor inquires in a timely manner and ensuring invoices are paid consistently and accurately with Kabam procedures and controls.
In this role, you can expect to :
- Ensure accuracy & timely invoice processing in Kabam Invoice Management application, with appropriate coding and approvals. based on approved procedures and internal controls
- Validate invoices against supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and resolve variances
- Verify and process employee expense claims in Concur according to Kabam's reimbursement policy
- Investigate and reconcile payment inquires from the vendor with the average of 24-48 hours
- Create new vendor set up or any changes in the existing information in Netsuite
- Review processed invoices to meet high standards of accuracy and timeliness
- Participate in month-end close and related activities
- Special tasks assigned to the Accounts Payable Analyst, as determined from time to time by the Accounts Payable Supervisor.
To be successful in this role, your background includes :
A minimum of 2 years end to end Accounts Payable experience, preferably within NetsuiteExcellent communication, interpersonal, organizational skills & attention to detailAbility to maintain confidential and meticulous work independently and meet deadlinesEnjoys working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasksExperience in organizations undergoing change or rapid growthOur success is due to the hard work of our people.
