OTTAWA - Finance Manager

Reporting to the Sales Director, the Broker and Customer Success Manager is responsible for delivering an optimal financing experience to customers.

Responsibilities

• Initiate the first call (warm calls) to understand customer needs and requirements by asking pertinent questions and listening attentively
• Answer phone calls, email and in-person inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
• Recommend appropriate financing options based on the customer's situation
• Qualify customers for financing
• Provide accurate information about the various used vehicle models available to meet the customer's budget and needs
• Advise clients on available insurance products such as life insurance, disability insurance, replacement insurance
• Work with the team to complete transactions and ensure smooth delivery of vehicles to customers
• Follow up with customers as needed
