Job description

Staffinity is currently seeking a Finance Supervisor for a client in Little Current. This is a permanent part-time position that will work out of Little Current, ON 3 days per week. The position offers an hourly rate, benefits, vacation, paid mileage and possible accommodations provided for the right candidates. The base pay range is $39.04-$45.95. The working hours are daytime, between Monday and Friday. More junior candidates may be considered.

Responsibilities :

Oversee accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Prepare and submit reports to ministries as required.
Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making.
Supervise the use of Dynamics GP for financial management.
Support HR and Payroll as required, including personnel-related matters.

Qualifications :

Accounting designation (CGA preferred).

Experience in a healthcare environment is an asset.

Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with Dynamics GP preferred.

Must be able to work on-site.
