Job description

Our customer, a trusted leader in the heating, ventilation and air conditioning industry, is looking for a motivated, hard-working individual to join its customer service team.

Workplace : Laval, in person

When : Immediately

Salary : 45-55k depending on experience

Schedule : Monday to Friday, full-time, 8 hours a day

PERMANENT POSITION

Bilingualism required

  • Responsibilities

    Respond to customer needs by phone or e-mail.

  • Enter customer orders from the profit center.
  • Manage warranty files
  • Ability to handle different tasks at the same time
  • Solve problems related to customer orders
  • Handle customer returns
  • Manage daily purchases
  • All other administrative and related tasks
  • Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education an asset
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong ability to prioritize
  • Team spirit
  • Positive, results-oriented attitude

  • Ability to take initiative
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to work independently
  • Bilingual in French and English, with strong oral and written communication skills, as you will be managing relationships with customers who speak only French or English
