Sales Advisor

Job Title: Sales Advisor Immediate supervisor job title: Senior Director of Marketing Job Summary Under the supervision of the Senior Director of Marketing, the person in charge of this key role will answer inbound calls, online form requests and social media platform questions from customers with the goal to enhance the customer experience while increasing consumer satisfaction. Main Tasks * Provide high quality service by assessing and responding to customer needs * Answer inbound phone calls to provide product and or service information * Utilize internal appointment scheduling system to book appointments for various locations * Respond to any written questions and/or comments received through email and various social media platforms * Explain and promote ongoing promotions to customers * Communicate effectively with customers and team members alike * Comfortable offering recommendations and add-ons to services upon booking Work Schedule * Full-time during the business hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Profile Required * Experience in similar role: 2 years, experience in the automotive field is an asset * Clear communication and good problem-solving abilities * Strong sales skills. Must have the ability to speak positively and confidently. * Customer service oriented * Must be willing to learn and participate in ongoing training sessions * Teamwork collaboration * Detail and results oriented * Must be adaptable and flexible in order to deal with different customers and needs * Must be accountable and proactive * Fast worker with the ability to multitask Software used: * Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet * Various social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram * Other internal platforms – training will be provided Note: Various trainings will be provided on-site.
