The hospital has undergone nearly $100 million in expansions and renovations, including an expanded emergency room, updated ICU, a state‑of‑the‑art maternal‑child care centre with a neonatal ICU, and an MRI unit. UHNBC also houses a cancer centre offering a wide range of treatments, including radiation therapy.
