Sales Team Manager
Our client is searching for an experienced Sales Team Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the sales process and ability to coach consultants to excel in relationship building, consulting, prospecting, solutioning, negotiation and closing. Sets a positive tone with the team, focused on creating high performing contributors to the organization and ensuring a positive experience for customers. Experienced with talent acquisition processes and creating pipeline of potential new hires, also well versed in the creation of business planning associated with their immediate team and the broader division goals.
Your success will be defined by your ability to :
- Conduct weekly team meetings to review team performance, schedule regular one-on-one meetings with each team member to review performance and provide coaching.
- Support team members with the development of daily, weekly and monthly planning.
- Review sales analytics to develop team and individual plans based on trends and insights from data.
- Provide pertinent sales training sessions relevant to the specific needs of the team.
- Create personal development plans and goals with team members to maximize effectiveness in role.
- Support divisional training created to enhance sales skills, product and industry knowledge.
- Work closely with Trusted Partner Organization (TPO) to implement all best practices.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure we deliver the ultimate experience for our clients.
- Collaborate and pro-actively engage with management and peers to execute on sales and customer expectation.
- Comfortable representing results and team performance in meetings with peers and senior management.
- Consistently meet commitments and follow up requirements
