We’re seeking a full‑time, permanent Social Media Specialist to join our Brand, Storytelling & Communications team in a hybrid role (2–3 days in office per week) to help give more young people’s feelings a place to go. Reporting to the Social Media Manager, this role supports Kids Help Phone’s social media presence across all external and internal platforms—including both Kids Help Phone and Kids Help Phone Foundation channels.
The Specialist will focus on tactical execution, audience engagement, and day‑to‑day content delivery. This includes supporting social media campaigns, managing community interactions, and contributing to video production for key external strategies such as Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
