SAP MM Consultant

We are looking for a driven professional to take on an exciting role with our client, combining expertise in SAP MM and digital procurement solutions. This hybrid position in Montréal offers a unique opportunity to work on innovative projects, driving efficiency and transformation in a critical global sector.

What is in it for you :

  • Incorporated Business Rate : $75 to $85 per hour.
  • 12-month contract.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage SAP Business Network supplier integration and Ariba catalog projects, including supplier OCI punchout catalog initiatives.
  • Lead projects and initiatives in Agile environments while supporting other digital platform developments.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, architects, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact projects and solutions.
  • Provide administrator support for Ariba Catalogs and Ariba Network.
  • Monitor interfaces for failed outputs or outages and maintain governance over invoice compliance and tolerance tables.
  • Manage the eCommerce mailbox for supplier, P2P, and end-user queries, including activation / deactivation and system updates.
  • Deliver training, promote system updates, and manage change impacts through regular collaboration forums.
  • Document project details, including work instructions and process visualizations.

    • What you will need to succeed :

  • Proven expertise in SAP MM, with hands-on experience in SAP system implementations for Procurement and Finance.
  • In-depth knowledge of Purchase-to-Pay processes, including requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Experience with Ariba Sourcing, Contracts, and related functional processes.
  • Proficiency in testing processes, defect resolution, and system configurations.
  • Exposure to lean practices and process improvement initiatives, including embedding digital workflows.
  • Strong project management experience, particularly in Agile environments.
  • Excellent communication skills for delivering training, consultation, and stakeholder support.
  • Bilingual in English and French to effectively collaborate with technical teams, architects, and diverse stakeholders.
  • Spanish proficiency is an asset but not required.
