Construction Project Manager Drake International has partnered with a well-established mid-size Construction Management Company, based in Kelowna and has been delivery high quality projects for over three decades in BC. They are seeking a dynamic Project Manager who has experience in Estimation.As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating estimates, preparing bids for construction projects and leading a team of professionals to successfully complete those projects. Your extensive construction management expertise will be instrumental in driving project success while ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to schedules and budgets. What’s in it for you? What You’ll Do :

Prepare accurate costs estimates and tender packages.

Ensuring projects are completed within specified scope, schedule, budget, and meeting expectations.

Managing multiple projects in different developmental stages.

Negotiating and ensuring accountability of all involved parties as per contracted services.

What We’re Looking For :

At least 5+ years previous experience working in commercial and residential multifamily project management.

Construction knowledge – overall understanding of construction processes, sequencing and planning concepts.

Ability to effectively manage new client development, client issues, complaints and inquiries while providing excellent service to clients.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, outstanding time management, prioritization, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a team environment, where collaboration is the key to success.
