Compensation :

85,000 - $167,500 yearly

Responsibilities :

Generate leads for potential clients in the Erindale area to grow the client base

Attend training sessions focused on enhancing real estate knowledge and skills specific to the local market

Maintain regular follow-ups with leads until appointments are successfully arranged with a listing or buyer’s agent

Communicate with homebuyers through consistent phone calls and emails to establish relationships and ensure brand visibility

Compile monthly and quarterly sales reports to track team progress towards meeting company goals

Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads in the Erindale region and convert them into new clients effectively

Utilize the CRM system diligently to update customer information for agents in the area

Schedule and conduct appointments with potential clients in Erindale efficiently

Qualifications :

To be considered for the Entry Level Real Estate Sales Agent position in Erindale, ON, CA, applicants must possess a valid Real Estate License
