To support our growth, we are looking for a Senior Immigration Lawyer, preferably with large firm and/or in-house experience.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit various immigration applications, including LMIA requests, ensuring accuracy to reduce rejection risk.
• Handle matters such as intra-company transfer work permits, post-sale work permits, business visitor letters, study permits, IEC work permits, visitor visas, eligibility assessments, family class permits, express entry, provincial nominee programs, startup visas, and permanent residence applications and extensions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of practical experience in private practice.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
