Our client is Seeking a Senior D&IT Program Manager to lead enterprise digital transformation initiatives for their Downstream Digital Enablement Program in the oil & gas industry (Req : )
Calgary Candidate for a 1 year contract, 4 days in office in our client's downtown location
Must Have :
- 12+ years combined Project & Program Management experience
- 6+ years experience in enterprise digital transformations & technology implementation in downstream energy
- Experience with Agile & Waterfall methodologies
- Experience with ERP systems & cloud technology
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
Nice to Have :
- Agile or Scrum Certification
- ITIL
Responsibilities
- Lead a multi-year initiative aimed at developing, enhancing, and maturing digital capabilities across downstream manufacturing assets, serving as a primary liaison between D&IT and the DEP team, ensuring the alignment of strategic digital initiatives with broader organizational goals
- Strategic Roadmap Development
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure program success.
- Translate business objectives of DEP into clear, actionable work packages for D&IT teams. Ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and sustainable within the technology infrastructure.
- Monitor program KPIs and provide regular updates to leadership. Use data-driven insights to inform decisions and ensure the program stays aligned with key success metrics
