Description
Key Responsibilities :
Perform structural design and development of aerospace components and assemblies in compliance with industry standards and airworthiness requirements.
Work extensively on Engineering Change Management (ECM) processes ensuring timely execution and documentation of design modifications.
Create update and review 3D models and 2D drawings using tools such as CATIA V5 and ENOVIA / PLM systems.
Perform detailed design modifications using CATIA V5.
Support design integration with stress manufacturing and systems engineering teams.
Conduct design reviews tolerance stack-up analysis and maintain accurate design documentation.
Apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) principles in designs and drawings to ensure manufacturability and assembly accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to provide engineering solutions for issues raised during manufacturing assembly and testing.
Manage data and workflows through ENOVIA PLM.
Ensure all design changes meet aerospace standards and customer expectations.
Ensure strict adherence to quality and schedule targets.
