Responsibilities : Develop and oversee the project schedule, ensuring its adherence throughout the project lifecycle.Collaborate with the Project Management team, providing regular updates on project status, anticipated delays, or scope changes.
Lead a dedicated project team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.Actively engage in the coordination of trades, fostering strong relationships to optimize project efficiency.
Skills and Experience : Construction Expertise : Demonstrated experience in managing ICI projects, from initiation to completion.
Leadership : A proven track record of leading project teams effectively, ensuring project goals are met.Communication : Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, and trades to drive project success.
Experience : Minimum of 10+ years in a project management role within the construction industry, ideally with a Developer or General Contractor / Construction Manager.
