About the role

We’re looking for an Associate, Sales and Customer Service to join our growing team!

The start date for this hybrid position is February 24, , and will be based out of our 10 Factory Lane, St. John's, NL office location.

What you'll do here :

  • Play a key role in providing the best possible protection for our clients' most valuable assets by advising them to make informed choices and answering their product questions.
  • Analyze customer needs, promote products and services and suggest choices and innovative solutions.
  • Guide auto and home customers on insurance solutions.
  • Contribute to the development and support of new initiatives by working closely with the brokerage network.

What you bring to the table :

  • At least 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Team player
  • Dynamic and customer-driven
  • Developed advisory skills
  • Great communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent computer skills and can juggle between different computer at the same time
  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.

    • This role requires you to :

  • Be available to work Monday to Friday between the hours of 8 : 00am - 8 : 00pm and Saturdays from 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm
  • During the first year with us, you will be required to work every Saturday. After the first 12 months, they will be in 1 of 5-week rotation.
  • During the first year with us, we will ask you to work on statutory holidays and you will be compensated according to labor standards.
