We are seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager, Transportation to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional day-to-day service to our Commercial Transportation clients — supporting their success while contributing to the growth and strength of our brokerage.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor, ensuring that every interaction demonstrates professionalism, technical expertise, and genuine care for the client’s business and risk management needs.

What You’ll Do

Oversee the day-to-day servicing of a commercial transportation portfolio, managing client relationships with professionalism and efficiency.

Prepare and issue Certificates of Insurance, binders, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.

Process invoices, MVRs, driver abstracts, CVORs, and other transportation-related documentation.

Review and analyze client coverage, exposures, and loss experience to recommend appropriate products and solutions.

Support Producers and Customer Service Brokers with client inquiries and rush assignments.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of all client, carrier, and internal communications.

Provide timely responses to insureds’ questions regarding coverage, policy details, and premium payments via phone, email, and written correspondence.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of each client’s business, ensuring their insurance program aligns with their unique operational risks and goals.

What You Bring

Minimum 1 year of Commercial Lines experience , preferably within a brokerage or insurance company.

R.I.B.O. license required (or working toward completion).

Working toward C.I.P. or C.A.I.B. designations is considered an asset.

Post-secondary education in a related field (college or university level).

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational ability.

Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel , and insurance broker management systems (experience with [insert specific system, if applicable]).

A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
