The Job
Responsibilities :
- Analyze marketing data to assess campaign performance and ROI.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer behavior, and competitive intelligence.
- Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports.
- Create actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine marketing initiatives.
- Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
The Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's degree a plus).
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
- Ability to interpret and present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience with A / B testing, segmentation, and marketing automation tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Remote work experience and a dedicated home office setup.
