We are currently looking for a full-time Marketing Coordinator – Bilingual located in Vaughan, reporting to the Creative and Marketing Supervisor.
Position Summary
The Spicers Marketing team is expanding as we gear up for an exciting future, and we’re on the hunt for a creative, bilingual (French) Marketing Coordinator to help elevate our marketing initiatives! In this pivotal role, you’ll be a key player in supporting the growth of our marketing efforts across three dynamic segments : paper, packaging, and graphic systems. Your contributions will help scale campaigns, support exciting projects, and amplify the success of our national brand.
Responsibilities
In this role, you'll collaborate with multiple teams to bring our marketing campaigns to life! You’ll coordinate the delivery of creative assets, manage marketing materials, and assist in both digital and traditional brand initiatives. You’ll be the vital link between our segment leaders and branch champions, ensuring that marketing programs are executed on time and with impact. From coordinating events and creating presentations to helping develop fresh, creative content in both English and French, you'll play a hands-on role in driving Spicers' marketing success.

Qualifications
You’re a dynamic and bilingual (English and French) marketing pro, brimming with creativity and a drive to make an impact! You’ve got 2-5 years of experience in marketing, and you’re ready to apply your skills to exciting projects in the paper, packaging, and graphic systems segment. Whether it's managing campaigns, creating engaging content, or collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’re comfortable with fast-paced environments and shifting priorities. Bonus points if you’re familiar with tools like Monday.com, CRM (Microsoft / SalesForce), Canva, Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, and WordPress along with familiarity with offset and digital print technologies.
