The position is based in Albert.We’re seeking a results-oriented sales professional with a strong track record in B2B IT sales and experience navigating the public sector RFP / RFQ process. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team delivering technology solutions to government and enterprise clients.Key Responsibilities : Identify and pursue B2B sales opportunities for IT products and clouds services across Alberta and BCLead the end-to-end bidding process for government contracts (municipal, provincial, federal), including RFP / RFQ response managementBuild and maintain strong relationships with procurement officers, government agencies, and strategic partnersMonitor government portals and procurement sites for new opportunitiesCollaborate with technical teams to develop tailored proposals and solution briefsMaintain accurate sales pipelines, reports, and forecasts using CRM toolsStay informed on public sector procurement policies, IT trends, and competitor offeringsQualifications : 6+ years of B2B sales experience in the IT industryProven track record of successful government bidding or similar process (public sector RFP / RFQ experience required)Familiarity with Alberta and Canadian government procurement processesStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsAbility to travel within Alberta as neededSelf-motivated, strategic thinker with strong organizational skillsPreferred Qualifications : Knowledge of data management, cloud services, or infrastructure solutionsExperience selling to municipal or provincial government bodies in AlbertaWhat We Offer : Flexible remote work environmentSupportive and collaborative team culturePerformance-driven role with high earning potential
