Marketers on Demand is currently looking for an enthusiastic Category Marketing Associate to join our client’s growing marketing team! In this role you will be responsible for the commercialization of products and work collaboratively with various cross functional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure all new product introductions and modifications are delivered on time and support category requirements
- Develop and execute the marketing plan for assigned product categories
- Manage price changes and prepare recommendations; understand the category P&L, monitor results
- Manage product lifecycle; ensure the assortment remains competitive
- Deliver sales enablement tools to support category growth (customer presentations, sell sheets, product training)
- Drive category growth through targeted digital marketing and create a marketing calendar
- Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and competition
Key Qualifications :
- Over 3 years’ experience in Marketing, commercialization, or product management
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and workload effectively
- Ability to communicate with all levels of the business (written and oral)
- Demonstrate strong thought leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to analyze research data and provide insights from those findings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
