NightClub Bouncer / Security Guard

Ace Protection Security Inc. is currently onboarding licensed security professionals for nightclub and high‑traffic venue coverage across Coutrice, Ontario.

This role requires a professional presence, strong situational awareness, and the ability to manage access control and crowd flow while maintaining a safe and controlled environment.

We are looking for individuals who understand that nightclub security is about control and prevention, not aggression.

Ideal candidates will have :

• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
• Prior nightclub, event, or high‑traffic security experience
• Strong communication and conflict de‑escalation skills
• Professional appearance and disciplined conduct
• Ability to work late nights and weekends

This job is available for Friday and Saturday : 9 : 00 PM to 2 : 30 AM.
