  • Job Summary :

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced MSL to provide scientific and clinical expertise to healthcare professionals, researchers, and internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in fostering collaborative relationships, facilitating scientific exchange, and ensuring the ethical and compliant dissemination of scientific information.

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, researchers, and academic institutions to support the company's strategic objectives
    • Provide scientific and clinical support for company-sponsored studies and investigator-initiated research, ensuring alignment with clinical development plans and company goals
    • Develop and deliver high-quality scientific presentations, publications, and educational materials tailored to diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and engagement
    • Facilitate open dialogue and scientific exchange between external experts and internal teams, gathering valuable insights to inform strategic decisions and enhance product knowledge
    • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including research and development, marketing, and sales, to align on product messaging and address scientific queries
    • Ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines and company policies in the dissemination of scientific information and interactions with healthcare professionals
    • Stay updated on emerging trends, research developments, and clinical trials to provide timely and relevant information to stakeholders
    • Analyze clinical trial data and other scientific literature to support evidence-based discussions with healthcare professionals and to contribute to internal strategy meetings.
    • Requirements :

    • Advanced degree in life sciences (Ph.D., Pharm.D., M.D.) or equivalent is required
    • Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry, medical affairs, or clinical research, with a strong emphasis on
    • In-depth understanding of therapeutic area, clinical trial design, and regulatory guidelines, enabling effective communication with medical professionals
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex scientific concepts clearly and persuasively.
    • Nice to Have :

    • Experience working with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and a proven track record of establishing productive partnerships
    • Familiarity with the Canadian healthcare system and regulatory environment, enhancing the ability to navigate compliance effectively
    • Certification in medical affairs or a related field, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing professional development.
