Junior Business Analyst

Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada is looking to hire an Intermediate Business Analyst to their team for an initial 6-months of contract with a possibility of extension/conversion. This role is twice a week in office.
Responsibilities Include:
Support the data management and implementation of a new platform for Business Banking by performing the following:

• Review and update credit data in the system of record to ensure alignment with the authorized business transactions.
• Support data backfill exercises to capture new digitized capabilities.
• Coordinate data repairs and complete required testing.
• Respond to end user escalations and coordinate with Technology for investigations.
• Prepare and execute Business Acceptance Testing for new features.
• Additional ad hoc responsibilities/tasks as assigned by management.

Must have skills:

• Demonstrates understanding of the financial services industry
• Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications of standard software packages - Microsoft Office.
• 100% bilingual - Spanish/English

Nice to have:

• Experience in the Banking industry
• Familiarity with financial/Banking concepts.
