As the Intermediate / Senior Electrical Engineer, you will influence the design and performance of equipment trusted in some of the toughest environments on the planet. You will spend part of your day helping junior engineers grow their confidence and part of it beside colleagues who have spent a lifetime in this industry. Customers will come to know you by name because you are the person who explains what is happening in a way that makes sense, even when the situation is messy. Over time, your choices and your approach will influence how the company thinks about electrical engineering and where it goes next.

Key Responsibilities

As the Intermediate / Senior Electrical Engineer, you will work collaboratively and are responsible for :

1. Electrical Design & Technical Work

• Work with the electrical systems that power the company’s mining equipment, adding thoughtful improvements and judgment to new and existing designs.
• Review and produce detailed electrical drawings, schematics, and control architectures with care and accuracy.
• Add your experience to decisions involving power distribution, protection schemes, and control logic, ensuring the work stands up to both code and field realities.

2. Support for Customers & Field Challenges
