Job Description

We are seeking a Power Systems Field Technologist to support field services projects ranging from maintenance and troubleshooting to commissioning and cable terminations across 600V–35kV systems. The role involves hands‑on exposure to field environments, learning field procedures, and eventually running projects independently. Typical work includes commissioning, equipment maintenance, cable terminations, outage support, and troubleshooting for substations, industrial plants, and commercial power systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple field projects concurrently, ensuring effective coordination of work scopes, schedules, and resources.
• Engage directly with clients, providing exceptional communication and service.
• Work hands-on in field environments, gaining a comprehensive understanding of field procedures.
• Commission and maintain equipment, perform cable terminations, and provide outage support.
• Troubleshoot issues within substations, industrial plants, and commercial power systems.
• Collaborate with field technicians, sales, and engineering teams to convert technical requirements into actionable plans.

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $140000.00 / yr.
