Performance Specialist

We provide Full Truck Load Transportation Services to and from major cities in Western Canada and Western US with our own fleet of reefers and dry vans. Position Overview

The Performance Management Lead will design, implement, and continuously improve the organization’s performance management framework, ensuring alignment between individual, team and organizational goals, promoting a high‑performance culture, and enabling managers and employees to achieve measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage the organization’s performance management strategy and annual performance cycles.
• Assess and analyze employee performance data to identify strengths and areas for improvement and develop performance improvement plans accordingly.
• Develop and maintain KPIs for each department aligned with business objectives.
• Lead performance review processes, including quarterly and annual evaluations.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to employees through one‑on‑one meetings or during reviews.
• Train managers on effective performance conversations, feedback, and development planning.
• Analyze performance data and trends; provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Integrate performance outcomes with learning, development, succession planning and rewards.
• Ensure fairness, consistency and compliance in performance evaluation processes.
