About the Role

As a Program Manager at Botpress, you\'ll be a key member of our Delivery team, serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their implementation journey. You\'ll lead scoping and discovery calls to understand client needs, translate business requirements into technical solutions alongside our Solutions Architects, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to standard. You\'ll develop deep enough platform expertise to run demos, create proof of concepts, and speak credibly about what\'s possible.

You\'ll coordinate across the Delivery team to keep engagements moving, serve as the first line of escalation when issues arise, and support the sales process when needed to instill customer confidence. Once implementations are live, you\'ll maintain relationships through regular strategy calls, ensuring customers continue getting value from the platform. This role spans both enterprise engagements and our Managed Services offering. You\'ll need to be equally comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments and maintaining a portfolio of ongoing client relationships. This isn\'t just any delivery role. It\'s AI. You\'ll be working on smart, cutting-edge projects where every implementation is a bit different, and you\'ll play a central role in helping customers get real value from the platform.
