ABOUT THE ROLE

• Install XPEL products such as window films, vinyl wraps, paint protection films, and architectural finishes according to company standards and specifications.
• Prepare surfaces and substrates for installation by cleaning and applying appropriate primers and adhesives.
• Measure and cut materials accurately to ensure a precise fit and finish.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide recommendations for suitable XPEL products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper disposal of waste materials.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
• Responsible for ensuring each vehicle is showroom ready, inside and out.
• Prepare vehicles for delivery including full interior and exterior detail.

• You possess a valid Class 5 Driver's License and a clean Driver's Abstract
• 2 years previous experience as a XPEL Installer or similar role.
• Proficiency in installing a variety of XPEL products, including window films, vinyl wraps, paint protection films, and architectural finishes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality workmanship.
• Certification or training in XPEL product installation is a plus.
