Vitalaire, a division of Air Liquide Home Healthcare, is seeking a passionate and driven bilingual Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist to join our Human Resources team. Think LinkedIn ninjas, campus crusaders, and networking gurus all rolled into one! Crafting Compelling Stories : You'll be the voice of Air Liquide Home Healthcare, creating engaging job postings and employer branding content that captures the essence of our unique culture and values. Navigating the Talent Pipeline : From initial screening to offer negotiation, you'll guide candidates through the entire recruitment process, ensuring a positive and seamless experience. Think matchmaker meets project manager. Data-Driven Discoveries : You'll use data and analytics to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement in our recruitment and talent management strategies. Think data detective with a passion for optimization. Nurturing Our Talent : Beyond recruitment, you'll contribute to talent management initiatives, including but not limited to : Performance Management Support : Assisting with performance review processes and tracking employee development, considering the specific requirements of healthcare roles. Learning & Development Coordination : Helping to organize and administer training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth within the healthcare landscape. Succession Planning : Contributing to the identification and development of high-potential employees for future leadership roles within Air Liquide Home Healthcare. Fresh Perspective : You're a recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Communication Ace : You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in ENGLISH and FRENCH , with the ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Tech-Savvy Talent Hunter & Developer : You're comfortable using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools / social media platforms for employer of choice positioning. Bonus points for experience with learning and performance management platforms! Good thing everything is housed in our rocket ship, Workday.
