Rocky looking for a babysitter or nanny in North Vancouver

We have 3 kids, 12 year old daughter is self sufficient and helps out a lot and can watch the younger boys on her own for short periods. Middle boy is 8, and we are particularly seeking support with youngest 4 yr old child.

One on one hes very sweet (every teacher and caregiver love him) and he loves outings in nature, forest walks, biking and swimming, as well as building and art. Hes speaks well, is smart and capable, and diagnosed as high functioning autistic so needs support developing social skills with other children especially. We could use help with him at home and in particular we are looking for someone we could designate as his Behavioural Interventionist that takes him to his nearby Preschool a few days per week and works with him there for part or all of some days to assist him to develop. We often cycle with him to and from his preschool but you can drive him if preferred.
