Job descriptionActively sell / lease new and pre-owned vehicles Uphold effective processes and procedures to improve sales and profitability Train staff to meet consumer needs and manufacture programs, as directed by Sales Manager Ensure all department staff are licensed and trained prior to communicating with customers Assist in closing all new and pre-owned vehicle sales with Sales & Leasing Consultants Ensure that Sales & Leasing Consultants follow-up by telephone with customers seen, within 24-hours of the initial visit to the Dealership Meet all predetermined sales targets and forecast Strong professional background in sales and customer service Drive for excellence Strong leadership abilities Valid Driver’s License for Ontario Valid OMVIC License Experience with OneEighty, vAuto, and AutoAlert an asset
