Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented General Labourer’s to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring the quality of finished products, maintaining company standards, and supporting production processes. Key duties include :

• Inspect Finished Products : Perform thorough examinations of finished products, ensuring proper height, shape, color, and consistency meet company standards for in-process systems.
• Quality Control : Conduct block checks, remove defective pieces from pallets or boards, and replace them with quality pieces. Tasks may vary based on the assigned production line, product, or process.
• Material Handling : Sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products efficiently and accurately.
• Heavy Lifting : Regularly lift, move, and handle heavy materials or products as required by the production process.
• General Labour : Perform a variety of elemental tasks and other labour-related activities to support production and operational needs.
• Maintain Cleanliness : Clean machines and immediate work areas to ensure a safe and organized workspace.
