Job Description

Chorley Group is a family owned and run, AM 100 motor group, delivering 5-star service across both sales and aftersales. We have technician and MOT Tester opportunities for various levels and experience, with full franchise and supplementary training to develop your skills within our brands.

You will operate in a franchised environment where standards are high and customer service is paramount. As a rapidly expanding business, we invest in training, technology, and tools, and you will work with a motivated and successful team.

• Competitive salaries from £28,000 to £44,000 per year OTE for a 40-hour week plus regular overtime on Saturday mornings

Key Responsibilities:

• Road test vehicles and diagnose issues as needed
• Perform inspections, repairs, and services according to manufacturer standards
• Carry out MOT tests and complete annual accreditation training
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date paperwork
• Complete jobs within agreed timeframes while maintaining productivity
• Collaborate with service reception and parts teams to ensure excellent customer experience
• Keep work area and protective clothing clean, tidy, and safe

Minimum Requirements:

• Relevant formal qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• Current MOT Licence
• Valid UK driving licence
