Since 2005, we have been collaborating with the industry’s biggest players to offer a strategic partnership to real estate developers, from the design through construction of their projects. MISSION:
With the Director of Design as a mentor, your mission as Construction Economist will be to take charge of the budget analysis as well as the project estimation process in order to best establish the final construction budget.
Performance objectives:
Develop a network of new suppliers and specialized business partners to generate win-win opportunities for our clients, sub-contractors and A+
Complete project analysis at the pre-construction/design phase, in order to establish complete budgets (based on unit market costs as well as outsourcing)
Ensure the quality and efficiency of calls for tender based on the extent of the work to be carried out
Deliver a final construction budget that has taken into account all potential issues throughout the project
