YOUR MISSION

C2 Studio is the full service events studio born out of the world-renowned C2 Montréal event. We create standout events through unforgettable moments and unmistakable flair for clients around the globe.

You will report directly to the VP of Growth & Partnerships at C2 Studio and work closely with the strategy, creative, and production teams to achieve revenue goals and customer satisfaction.

You are responsible for achieving revenue goals for C2 Studio, which involves selling C2 Studio’s creative and production services to major international companies.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have recognized expertise in sales data analysis and the implementation of strategies to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • You are someone who enjoys winning projects, speaking with clients, closing deals, etc. You have a proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • You are results-oriented, with the ability to identify business opportunities and develop high-value proposals.
  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to persuade and influence at all levels.
  • You are comfortable in a constantly evolving environment, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • You take a creative and strategic approach to problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail and customer satisfaction.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Master C2 Studio’s offerings, including our services, processes, and operations, while staying informed on industry trends.
  • Develop strategies to accelerate the development of the opportunity pipeline and meet revenue goals related to C2 Studio.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients through in-depth research to establish contacts.
  • Build strategic relationships with these partners to create new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain and expand relationships with existing partners.
  • Negotiate the terms of contracts with partners and validate these agreements with internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in sales calls and meetings to acquire new clients and / or close deals.
  • Travel to meet with clients in order to build relationship and closed deals.
  • Participate in events and conferences to develop professional relationships.
  • YOUR STRENGTHS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications / Marketing / Sales, or equivalent.
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role, with significant experience in team and account management.
  • Experience with a CRM, knowledge of HubSpot is considered an asset.
  • Excellent proficiency in the Google Suite, including Google Sheets.
  • Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.
  • Permanent, full-time position with an immediate start.
  • Hybrid work model, alternating between the office and remote work.
