The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across Western Canada. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Renovation Channel, this is a strategic leadership role that combines hands-on execution with team development in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. You'll be the driving force behind our marketing strategy, overseeing a talented team and working collaboratively with agency partners to grow our business across multiple market channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive sales growth across residential, commercial, builder, and distribution channels
• Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5 marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Budget Management : Oversee and optimize a marketing budget exceeding $1M, ensuring effective allocation of resources and strong ROI across all initiatives
• Multi-Channel Marketing : Orchestrate integrated marketing campaigns targeting homeowners, builders, dealers / distribution partners, commercial general contractors, and architects / designers
• Agency & Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain productive relationships with multiple agency partners and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
• Project Execution : Drive marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
• Creative Problem-Solving : Identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions to overcome marketing challenges and capitalize on market trends
• Performance Analysis : Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve marketing effectiveness
