PrecisionERP / IT Inc. is recruiting for a BILINGUAL Procurement Administrative Analyst with SAP or ERP systems experience preferred.
HYBRID role in Montreal. (3 days working ONSITE at Montreal office, 2 days work from home)REQUIRED SKILLS :
- Diplôme de baccalauréat en administration des affaires, gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement ou un domaine connexe.
- Expérience avérée dans les achats ou un rôle administratif connexe.
- Compétences analytiques et de reporting solides.
- Maîtrise des logiciels et outils d’achats.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en formation.
- Capacité à identifier et mettre en oeuvre des améliorations de processus.
- Familiarité avec les applications de l’IA dans les achats est un plus.Compétences :
- Souci du détail avec de solides compétences organisationnelles.
- Capacité à travailler en collaboration avec des équipes transversales.
- Proactif et capable de gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
- Autonome, être un autodidacte et avoir un esprit de résolution de problèmes.
- Haut niveau de maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Maîtrise de Power Query, Power BI et Power Platform est considérée comme un atout
