This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys administration, multitasking, and working in a hands‑on industrial environment.
The Service Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring service operations run smoothly by supporting work order processing, technician billing, warranty administration, and inventory coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage service work orders from open to close
- Process and track technician labour hours for accurate billing
- Prepare invoices for customers and internal departments
- Administer warranty claims and ensure proper documentation and submissions
- Support the sales team by helping manage inbound and outbound equipment flow
- Track equipment inventory and unit movements
- Provide administrative support to the Service Manager and Branch leadership
- Maintain organized service records and files
- Assist with additional office and operational support as required
Qualifications & Skills
