We are seeking an exceptional strategic thinker to help shape the future of RBC Insurance. In this role, you will work with leaders and partners across the business to develop forward-looking strategies that accelerate growth, enhance efficiency, and unlock competitive advantages. What will you do?
- Architect strategic solutions by synthesizing complex business data, market intelligence, and competitive insights into well-researched, data-driven strategies supported by rigorous business cases
- Distill complexity into clarity by translating intricate concepts into compelling narratives and visuals that resonate with C-suite executives and cross-functional stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to identify and capitalize on strategic opportunities, building alignment and buy-in across diverse teams and perspectives
- Elevate executive decision-making by preparing sophisticated materials, dashboards, and presentations that equip senior leaders with actionable insights and strategic options
- Challenge conventional thinking by staying ahead of market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities, bringing informed perspective and intellectual curiosity to strategic discussions
- Build trusted partnerships across RBC and with external stakeholders, establishing credibility through clear communication, sound judgment, and demonstrated business impact

Strategic Excellence : 10+ years driving business strategy in financial services, with a proven track record of developing and presenting executive-level materials that inform critical business decisionsBanking Industry Mastery : Deep working knowledge of banking operations, practices, and requirements, built through 5+ years in client-facing or business-critical roles at a major financial institutionCommunication Mastery : Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas with elegance and precision—both orally and in writing. Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary / variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.
Pay Range
The expected pay range for this position is :
$110,000.00 - $160,000.00
