Summary
St. Margarets School (SMS) is Western Canadas only girl-centered independent day and boarding school located in Victoria British Columbia Canadaon the unceded traditional territories of the Esquimalt Nations Songhees Nations and WSÁNEĆNations. Founded in 1908 SMS is an international centre for girl-centered learning and leadership development providing empowering education for girls from Junior Kindergarten to Grade 12 (boarding grades 712). St. Margarets School is an International Baccalaureate (IB) School offering the Diploma Program.
The Boarding Activity Leader supports the wellbeing of boarding students by creating a fun nurturing and engaging activity programme. Working closely with boarding staff the role enhances educational and recreational experiences through after-school evening and weekend activities that encourage participation and develop diverse interests and skills. The Boarding Activity Leader contributes to the overall school experience by accompanying students on activities ensuring their safety and providing appropriate resources.
