What is in it for you :

Incorporated Business Rate : $90-95 per hour.

10-month contract.

Full-time position : 37.50 hours per week.

Responsibilities :

Understand the business problem the project is tasked with solving and ensure the project team remains aligned with this goal.

Define and manage project scope in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop business workflows and produce AS-IS and TO-BE diagrams using MS Visio.

Monitor and continuously review sprint plans optimizing where applicable.

Support roadmap design project planning and prioritization.

Organize and lead working sessions and project update meetings across various organizational levels.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality project outputs.

Identify project issues or roadblocks and outline steps for resolution and mitigation.

Provide feedback and recommendations for process and project improvements.

Demonstrate ownership and end-to-end accountability for project success.

Communicate project vision effectively and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

What you will need to succeed :

Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.

Certification or experience as a Scrum Master is preferred.

46 years of experience in a business systems analysis or equivalent role.

Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum delivery.

Experience working with integration systems related to data finance and risk modeling.

Proficiency with AWS or IBM FileNet.

Strong understanding of insurance industry practices and terminology.

High level of business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
